Can I save and access my past analyses?
Yes! All your analyses are automatically saved to your account. You can view them anytime from the "My Analyses" page.
What file format do I need?
We accept PGN (Portable Game Notation) format. You can export your games from Chess.com, Lichess, or any other chess platform in PGN format.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, if you're not satisfied with your analysis, contact us at aicoachess@gmail.com within 7 days for a full refund.
What languages are supported?
We support 15+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and many more. You can select your preferred language before analysis.
